Sign our contract and forward your deposit of 50% at the time of booking to hold your dates. Your dates will not be considered "booked" until we have received the deposit. We can place a hold on your dates for up to 5 days, as long as the requested dates are at least 60 days outs. Once step 2 is complete, you'll be introduced to our concierge to assist you in the planning process. She will arrange your transportation to/from the airport/house, book any excursions, assist you in planning your first couple of chef meals (if you purchased chef services), and she will greet you upon your arrival at the house to show you around.
